When the rotary key of Cipher X is rotated 90 degrees to its central axis we see the odd relationship that C and P have
to each of these systems. It is interesting to note that eight of the letters of Cipher X and EQ-11 (W, D, V, C, J, B, I, P) have the same value and that they comprise the central axis or 'Z' axis of the Cube.
